  We were relocated from the West Coast and had no idea where to start looking for a home or a good Real Estate Agent.  We had received a referral to an agent but turned out to be a complete disaster and left us wondering how we would ever feel comfortable with an Agent and a home here.  Then, we stumbled onto a house that John had for sale.  We called him and got a returned phone promptly (this already a much better experience for us). "I WOULD RECOMMEND JOHN WITHOUT LIMITATION"

I listed two properties in Chester County, through a Realtor with a top-notch reputation for upper-end, Chester County properties. After almost 18 months on the market I had received no offers and had received very limited, poor quality feedback from potential buyers (and felt that many of the buyers were actually unqualified, either financially or "emotionally"). In addition, there was little input from the Realtor regarding improvements to position the properties for sale. Even though I substantially reduced the price there was still no action.

Fortunately, I found John. Within six months of signing with John, both properties were sold (and this was through the summer doldrums as well).

John is all business at heart but brings sensitivity and perspective to his clients. He sets prices that proved to accurately reflect the market conditions.
